Mastering Negotiation, Empowering Leaders
The Harvard Undergraduate Negotiation Club is dedicated to educating and empowering students in the art of negotiation. Our mission is to provide comprehensive training in principled negotiation methods and practical techniques, equipping members to excel in both professional and personal negotiations.

Mission
At the Harvard Undergraduate Negotiation Club, we believe negotiation is a fundamental skill that extends beyond the boardroom—shaping careers, relationships, and leadership. Our mission is to cultivate a generation of confident and strategic negotiators by providing hands-on training, immersive experiences, and access to expert insights. We envision a campus where students from all backgrounds develop the ability to navigate complex discussions with clarity, adaptability, and integrity, empowering them to drive meaningful change in their communities and industries.
Our Work
Through interactive workshops and realistic negotiation simulations, we offer a platform for students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. Members will engage in role-playing exercises that mirror real-world scenarios, allowing them to practice and refine their skills in a supportive environment. By assuming different roles and perspectives, students gain a deeper understanding of the negotiation process and learn to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
We also strive to connect our members with resources and opportunities beyond the campus. This includes engaging with faculty experts, industry professionals, and alumni who can provide additional insights and mentorship. Our goal is to equip students with the tools they need to advocate effectively for themselves and others, achieve mutually beneficial agreements, and contribute positively to their future professions and communities.
